Refund Policy

Effective: April 8, 2026

Subscriptions

If you are unsatisfied with your Terse subscription, contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of the charge and we will issue a full refund, no questions asked.

After 7 days, refunds are issued at our discretion. We do not offer partial refunds for unused portions of a billing period.

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then. No further charges will be made after cancellation.

Token Exchange Transactions

Purchases made through the Token Exchange marketplace are generally non-refundable once an API key has been delivered and verified. If you experience a technical issue — such as a key that was invalid at the time of purchase — contact us within 48 hours and we will investigate and issue a refund if the fault lies with the seller.

One-Time Purchases

One-time purchases (e.g. theme unlocks) are non-refundable unless the feature was materially misrepresented or is non-functional on your device.
